Meet Dr. Mitchell
Dr.
Courtney Mitchell, III, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,
where he received his doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) degree in 1977. Upon
his graduation, he returned to his hometown of Kinston, NC in Lenoir County,
where he started his practice on
August 1, 1977.

1998 - Computerized Aesthetic Restorations; CEREC Technology (crowns, veneers)
1998 - Fellow of Academy of General Dentistry
2001 - Implants (placement and restoration)
In addition to becoming a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Mitchell belongs to several prestigious organizations that include, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The American Orthodontic Society, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, The North Carolina Dental Society, and The Southern Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Mitchell is married with two sons, Courtney Mitchell IV and Wayne Kassouf. When he is not treating his patients, Dr. Mitchell enjoys fishing, hunting, farming and exercising.
